Mr. Ayub has served as President of the Chihuahua Mining Association from 2002- 2005, and from 1998 to 2002, he served as president of the National Miners Association of Mexico. With more than twenty years in the Chihuahuan mining industry, Mr. Ayub has attained depth of knowledge of the Mexican mining industry, and has developed numerous contacts with property owners, influential industry participants and key government figures.
Mr. Ayub completed a chemical engineering degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City prior to his post graduate studies in Metallurgy at the Comision de Fomento Minero and South Dakota University.
